Piping - Repair and Conversion
We provide piping services such as pipeline structure fabrication and installation for pipes and system to shipyards in Singapore and anchorage at IPL, OPL and Voyage. We also perform process piping works including piping fabrication for (FPSO) Modules, tanks, Pipe racks, Engine room and Pump room.
As a resident contractor for Keppel Shipyard, we have successfully completed numerous conversion projects for FPSO vessels in port. With certified and skilled welders, we are able to perform repairs and pipe renewal work for carbon steel, copper nickel and stainless steel (316 or 316L) pipes.

- MSC Krittika: Renewal of heavy fuel oil pipe lines in Duck Keel at PSA Port, Singapore.
- Cape Santa Alegria: Fabrication and installation of generator exhaust pipe at anchorage.
- Vaguard Viking: Renewal of cargo pipe line and heating coils at anchorage.
- Mare Verde: Fabrication and installation of hydraulic pipe lines for hose reel at Loyang Offshore Supply Base.
